The conference will take place across Thursday 21st – Friday 22nd May at the Hilton Metropole, Brighton. Limited exhibitor spaces are available, so please book now to avoid disappointment.

Exhibitor packages include two delegates to man your stand for the duration of the conference, including tickets to join the gala dinner. Please note that accommodation is not included.

    1. Exhibitor benefits: Exhibitor benefits are as outlined above and in the information pack you have received from Resolution.
    1. Gala Dinner passes: Complimentary Gala Dinner passes are for your two named staff delegates only.
    1. Conference delegate passes: Two named individuals are invited to join the conference to staff each exhibitor's stand. Any additional attendees will need to purchase a conference ticket.
    1. Payment of exhibitor fee: Resolution will issue an invoice three months in advance of the conference. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If the fee is not received by Resolution, we reserve the right not to supply the exhibitor benefits.
    1. Exhibitor cancellations: No refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations from exhibitors made less than 60 days prior to the event.
    1. Event postponement or cancellation: Should the event be postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond Resolution’s reasonable control, exhibitors will be offered a new event date. Where it is not possible to accommodate this, a full refund will be provided.
