Gain the skills to return to work from a career break with confidence.
28th April 2020 – London
Research shows that when people are away from work they quickly lose confidence in their professional skills, their ability to navigate working relationships, and their capacity to keep everything going. If you have been away for a longer period, perhaps through family responsibilities such as parental leave or sickness, it can be even trickier to believe in yourself as a professional.
You will have space and time to talk about the challenges you face and begin to build a ‘return to work’ support network of people in a similar position. The day will include case study examples of people who have made a successful transition back to work and an opportunity to ask for their top tips.
This one-day confidence building workshop will set you up with an opportunity to thrive, both personally and professionally.
It will help you:
- Identify what is important and what success looks like for you
- Re-ignite your professional skills
- Clarify your expectations
- Tackle courageous conversations
- Juggle your commitments
- Tame the imposter monster
- Keep productivity up and stress levels down
- Plan your next steps
This course is relevant for people from any professional background.
