Following two years of online events, Resolution’s annual Family Practice Conference returns to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nottingham this Autumn. Designed for family law practitioners, mediators, financial advisors, collaborative practitioners and family consultants, the conference will feature key updates and workshops from leading speakers in the field of dispute resolution. The conference opens at 1pm on Thursday 6th October and runs to 4pm on Friday 7th October, including a relaxed networking dinner on Thursday evening.

      1. Sponsor benefits: Sponsorship benefits are as outlined in the documentation you have received from Resolution.
      1. Delegate passes: Complimentary delegate passes are for named delegates only, in accordance with your sponsorship package. Additional delegate passes should be purchased from the Resolution team.
      1. Payment of sponsorship fee: Resolution will issue an invoice upon receipt of this Booking Form. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If the fee is not received by Resolution, we reserve the right not to supply the sponsor benefits.
      1. Sponsor cancellations: No refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations from sponsors made less than 60 days prior to the event.
      1. Event postponement or cancellation: Should the event be postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond Resolution’s reasonable control, sponsors will be offered a new event date. Where it is not possible to accommodate this, a full refund will be provided.
