The role:

As we continue to grow across the Midlands and South West you’ll join us in either Cheltenham or one of our Midlands or South West offices (with the flexibility to work from home). You’ll run your own caseload as well as work as part of a team on more complex cases to help your development and progression. Ideally, your caseload will be a mix of privately funded divorce, finance and children matters. You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment in a mature and flexible culture that doesn’t clock watch.

Candidate specification

Ideally you’ll be:

- You’re a family Solicitor, Lawyer or CILEX, likely with a lack of progression opportunities, not being adequately rewarded or you know there’s a better way of servicing clients.
- You want to reach your potential and ambitions
- You’re able to work on a range of divorce, children and finance cases and have the confidence to convert new incoming clients
