What is most important is that you are either an outstanding family lawyer or you have a desire to become an outstanding family lawyer. Also, that you share our values and that you have a good sense of humour.
If you are already a member of the children panel or a Resolution Accredited Specialist or an Accredited Mediator or a Collaborative Family Lawyer, that would be fantastic, but if not, we will support you in gaining accreditations because that benefits us both, and everyone should be supported in improving their skills. (If you are a mediator who is not accredited, we can assist you with the experience to achieve that).
You will also need to be a car driver and have reasonably good IT skills.
