As a family solicitor and member of Resolution, I help clients going through the difficult and challenging times when separating with the aim of dealing with their case in a conciliatory way and reducing conflict where possible.  I am able to assist with family matters such as domestic violence and I am regularly instructed on the divorce process and reaching a financial remedy as well as issues regarding children, such as who they live with, contact and re-locating.  I also advise on pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements.

I offer a free initial telephone conversation and during Good Divorce Week, 30 November 2020 – 04 December 2020 a follow up telephone appointment with 50% off my usual hourly rate.
