I am a very experienced, BACP accredited Relationship and Family Therapist, FMC accredited Family Mediator and Resolution trained Family Consultant, working with couples who are trying to improve their relationship, with couples who are separating and with parents who are finding it difficult to parent apart, possibly years after the original separation.  For newly separating parents, I am able to provide help and advice, especially in relation to managing their children’s specific needs.

As a Family Mediator, I specialise in Children and Parenting Issues, and also work in collaboration with other mediators to provide All Issues mediation.  I am a Child Consultant, qualified to see children as part of Family Mediation and the Collaborative Law process.  I can help negotiate Child Arrangements, either as part of separation and divorce, or when those initial arrangements need to be reviewed, perhaps a number of years after the divorce.

As a Family Consultant (Divorce Coach), I am able to work with both partners, providing impartial emotional and practical support for individuals, couples and families during separation and divorce.  Clients can learn how to communicate without becoming overwhelmed, and to find a way to engage more effectively in making critical decisions about their family’s future.  I can help clients collaborate to develop a plan for parenting after parting.

I am a Family Mediation Council accredited family mediator, a member of the Family Mediators Association, a member of Resolution and am accredited by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.  I adhere to the BACP Code of Ethics and the FMA , FMC and Resolution Codes of Practice.  All my work is fully supervised.
