With a wealth of over 30 years of invaluable experience as a Solicitor I am part of the family team at Pearson.
My area of expertise is divorce and finances work and I have a wide variety of cases and clients. My notable cases have taken place in the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords and I was previously part of the Reunite International Child Abduction panel.
What I enjoy most about family law is really getting to know my clients, making sure that their voice is heard and that they are treated fairly and justly. I thrive on face to face contact with my clients and assisting them at what can often be a difficult emotional time. I am a member of Resolution which seeks a mediated settlement to cases, but at the same time I am happy to represent my clients in Court and like the challenges that advocacy brings.
Previously a Partner at Harold Stock & Co I joined the team at Pearson as I wanted to be part of a bigger family team and felt the time was right to enjoy some fresh challenges.
I studied law at Liverpool University and Chester Law College and have practised in personal injury and employer liability work previously, also working at North West firm Rowlands.
