Richard Yorke

As a family law barrister I have over 10 years’ experience in London and across England and Wales representing clients across all areas of family law, focusing on the financial aspects of divorce and relationship breakdown and on the arrangements for children. Family law barristers operate in a highly pressured environment; our work involves the most important aspects of our clients’ lives: their children, their homes and their livelihoods. I take a sensitive and focused approach to achieving the best outcome for each of my clients, and I am proud to be a member of Resolution, the organisation for family lawyers, barristers and other professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
