I am a highly regarded legal specialist with over 30 years of experience, predominantly in the area of family and matrimonial law. I have been a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Panel since June 2002 and I am an accredited family lawyer with Resolution. I joined the firm in March 2015 when the firm traded under the name of Gordon Dadds LLP. However, the firm now trades under the name of  Ince following a simplified branding to reflect each unit’s distinct market and service offerings.

My wide-ranging experience enables me to identify clients’ needs and empower them to move forward in the right direction. My expertise encompasses divorce and financial proceedings, including representing clients with complex business and financial issues with assets based in the UK and overseas. I also have extensive and specialist experience in Private Law Children Proceedings and domestic abuse proceedings.

In addition, I provide advice and representation in respect of pre- and post-nuptial agreements and disputes between co-habiting couples, civil partnerships and same sex marriages. I also give legal guidance on matters such as probate, general conveyancing, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
