Members who wish to practice using the Resolution Together way of working must complete four unique training modules before they offer this service to clients. One of those modules is Resolution Together Principles and Procedure. This module provides a base knowledge in respect of how the principles and standards operate, how the service fits within current regulation and an outline of procedure/s and use of e.g. Retainer and Agreement, etc
This advanced hybrid practice model provides an invaluable additional resource to supplement the established family mediation model.
Whether you are a trainee, newly qualified or at senior level, taking time out to critically assess your skills of persuasion at court will not be time wasted.
Resolution has re-developed its Collaborative Foundation training opening it up to lawyers, financial and therapeutic professionals. To support this, the programme is led by trainers from a mix of professions to promote the ethos of the ‘collaborative team’ and using the interdisciplinary model from the start of your practice.
Following the recommendations of the Voice of the Child Dispute Resolution Advisory Group, the FMC and Family Mediation Standards Board approved the new standards for child inclusive mediation.
This face to face module is designed to deliver 10 hours of learning and development for members in order to consider how to work effectively with single clients, separating couples and keeping the need of children to the forefront of discussions. It can also be completed and used towards becoming a collaborative practitioner or mediator, as part of the Resolution Together overall learning and development pathway.
Join the largest network of family mediators in England and Wales and start your mediation training with Resolution.
This 40-hour training course for mediators who wish to train to meet with children and young people includes attended and distance-based learning. This course will be held at Resolution's Central Offices in London Bridge.
