Become a Resolution trainer
Resolution provides a wide range of high quality training courses for members and non-members throughout the year. We are now looking to recruit more trainers to lead these courses.
Would you like to be a Resolution trainer?
We are looking to expand our pool of course trainers and invite applications from across the Resolution membership from anyone keen to become a trainer. A trainer is someone who leads a course, designs its objectives and content and delivers it to delegates, and supports delegates in their learning. It’s a highly skilled role for which we pay daily rates.
Who can be a Resolution trainer?
We’re keen to recruit trainers from across the full diversity of Resolution membership. We are looking for people keen to develop into being a trainer as well as people who have previous experience of training.
You can read more about the responsibilities and person specification of a Resolution trainer here. Essentially the role includes working alongside the Resolution staff to plan and create content for courses, as well as delivering courses. We’re looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills who can work with course delegates at all stages of their career.
We’re looking for trainers to lead all types of courses, in particular we have a busy calendar of DR courses including collaborative foundation training for which we want to recruit trainers.
