Help us to help family justice professionals

This survey will only take a few minutes of your time yet your input can help shape how we at Resolution better support family justice professionals.

It is clear that the UK faces a huge wellbeing and mental health challenge in the workplace, and that includes those working in family justice. An independent review of mental health and employers estimated the cost of poor mental health to the economy as a whole is between a staggering £74 billion and £99 billion per year.

Last year, the top three issues LawCare – the leading legal mental health charity – were contacted about were Stress (26%), depression (12%) and bullying (12%). At a time where both employers and employees are under increasing pressures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, are these figures set to grow?
