It is clear that the UK faces a huge wellbeing and mental health challenge in the workplace, and that includes those working in family justice. An independent review of mental health and employers estimated the cost of poor mental health to the economy as a whole is between a staggering £74 billion and £99 billion per year.
Last year, the top three issues LawCare – the leading legal mental health charity – were contacted about were Stress (26%), depression (12%) and bullying (12%). At a time where both employers and employees are under increasing pressures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, are these figures set to grow?
Contribute and receive a free place at a wellbeing webinar
Open to all those who work in family justice and completely anonymous, this survey will create a snapshot of wellbeing across the entire family justice profession. The results will help shape how Resolution can best support family law professionals.
We have partnered with LawCare - the leading legal mental health charity - to offer anyone who participates in the survey a free place at wellbeing webinar, run by LawCare.
As a contributor, we will, of course, share the results with you and thank you in advance for your valuable input.
