As a family practitioner and collaborative lawyer, I advise a wide range of mid-high net worth clients who maybe going through a divorce or separation as a result of a relationship breakdown.  I provide specialist advice on financial and children issues including but not limited to, dealing with the division of matrimonial assets, maintenance disputes, advising on property claims and beneficial interest claims for non-married couples, and all manner of private law children matters including residence disputes, cases concerning relocation and contact/care arrangements disputes.

I also advise individuals who are seeking to protect their assets before a change in relationship status and frequently draft and advise on the validity of pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

My aim is to help clients resolve complex family situations and enable them to work towards achieving a fresh start and positive future.  Over the years I have built strong relationships with other professional advisors including barristers, independent financial advisors, actuaries, pension and business valuation experts, accountants and mediators; the purpose being to ensure that clients will benefit from a collaborative approach to meet all of their needs as may be required.
