Member
If you’re a solicitor, legal executive, paralegal, mediator or barrister then you can become a member of Resolution. When you join you sign-up to the Code of Practice, take a Code in Practice course, and immediately gain access to the full range of resources and support Resolution provides. All our work is by members for, members so is created for you by members who understand what you need.
Associate
Financial advisors, accountants, and other financial professionals, therapists, lawyers from outside England and Wales, lecturers, academics, judges and expert witnesses are all welcome to join Resolution. In fact, if you work in family justice, you can join us. Associate members endorse the Code of Practice and have access to all of Resolution’s support, resources, networks, and professional development opportunities.
Supporter
If you’re stepping back – or have stepped back – from practice and would like to stay in touch with Resolution and family justice then our Supporter Membership will suit you. You might be retired, on a career break, or simply interested in family justice. By joining Resolution you’ll have access to our resources and networks and have the opportunity to get involved and support other members.
Student membership
Students studying law, working towards a qualification, or who are studying and thinking about a career in family justice can join Resolution and your first year of membership is completely free. Students have access to Resolution training, expertise and networks.
