I am a Solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in children and matrimonial finances and have worked on a range of complex children and high net worth financial matters, with international elements and multi-jurisdictional elements in both areas.

In finances: often working on multifaceted, high value matters involving complex company structures and property portfolios (both here and abroad) and experience in Schedule 1 claims ( where an unmarried individual requires maintenance) and third party claims over matrimonial property. I have experience in variation of financial orders and cases where expert evidence is required, where Legal Funding/ fee contributions from the other party is required and where a party requires interim maintenance. I also run a caseload of mid value matters, both with technical elements and more straightforward cases and I also enjoy drafting and advising on Separation and Cohabitation agreements and Nuptial Agreements.

In children: I have experience in working for public figures and therefore where there is media interest, experience in both in the Family Court and the High Court, and experience in cases involving complex issues such as the requirement for specialist testing by accredited third parties and analysis of expert and hospital reports and in cases with international elements and multi-jurisdictional elements. I generally deal with cases where contact arrangements need to be agreed and often these are contested proceedings, in particular where one party wishes to relocate. I am also experienced in obtaining Special Guardianship Orders, Parental Responsibility Orders, Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps applications.

I also advise on Family Law Act proceedings – e.g. Occupation Orders and Non Molestation Orders (with and without notice).
