Dom is an Associate Solicitor at Clintons, an award-winning boutique law firm, based in Covent Garden, Central London.

“Dom Christophers is an excellent associate and certainly one to watch. He is hardworking and his meticulous attention to detail and flawless knowledge of his cases makes him a very able lawyer” The Legal 500 (2021 Edition)

“What has impressed me most about Liz Vernon and Dom Christophers is their ability to give frank advice, work hard and gain their clients’ trust” – The Legal 500 (2021 Edition)

“Dom Christophers is hugely technically capable and builds very strong client relationships thanks to his willingness to go the extra mile and empathise effectively while giving pragmatic commercial advice” – The Legal 500 (2021 Edition)

Dom advises on all aspects of family law, including high-value and cross-border financial matters arising from divorce, complex disputes concerning the arrangements for children and international surrogacy.

Prior to joining Clintons, Dom spent 8 years in the music industry working with major artists, labels and live events. His knowledge of the industry and experience working with individuals in the public eye makes him uniquely placed to advise clients from the music and wider entertainment industries.

This experience was particularly valuable in his work assisting Liz Vernon on the reported case of CB v KB [2019] EWFC 78. The case provided the current guidance on how to deal with the valuation of music-related income streams in divorce and clarified the Court’s treatment of future earnings, amortisation, and the calculation of child support in “top-up” cases.

BA(Hons) degree from Royal Holloway, University of London and a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course (Distinction) from the University of Law in London. Qualified as a solicitor in 2019

Outside the office, Dom is a keen sportsman, collects too many records, and doesn’t sell enough of them.
