• Advising on family and civil mediation and assisting with the process.
• Advice regarding forcing a sale of a co-owned property and acting for a party in proceedings concerning the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (“TOLATA”).
• Advising on the financial provision for children of the relationship under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 (“Schedule 1”).
