Meet the presenter:
Rebecca Fisher – Director – Saffery
Rebecca is a partner at Maurice Turnor Gardner advising on complex estate planning, succession, trusts and avoiding inheritance and family disputes. Rebecca has considerable experience advising individuals and family lawyers on the tax and succession issues in relation to pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements; tax and trust advice in the context of separation and family breakdown and in the context of Schedule 1 proceedings. Rebecca sits on Resolution’s Pensions, Tax and Financial Remedies committee. Rebecca is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
