Richard and his team specialise in valuing UK businesses to help in financial settlement
cases in divorce.

This allows the legal teams to understand the value of the business as an asset alongside
the home and other major investments or assets.

Richard held senior roles with HSBC and Zurich in the UK, AIG in Shanghai and CPP
Group in Hong Kong. Managing large operations across Asia Pacific.
He also spent over 20 years as an adviser, investor and director for UK businesses across
a wide range of sectors. Richard has valued over 700 companies and helped to set up
businesses in 10 countries across the globe.

He is an Associate Member of ‘Resolution’ family justice professionals, he is Certified by
the Corporate Finance Institute as a Valuation Analyst (FMVA), an Associate of the
Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (ASCI), a qualified member of the
Personal Finance Society (Cert PFS) and has held roles as an Investment Advisor (CF21),
Significant Management (CF16) and Director (CF1).
