Written before last week’s events, today Resolution received a letter from Lucy Frazer, on behalf of the Family Justice Minister Wendy Morton, demonstrating the impact our work had on getting the Divorce Bill published.
She writes: “My officials have told me how much they appreciate the contribution you and your colleagues have made to informing and publicising the case for reform…
“You have helped demonstrate the importance of ending the blame game.”
We are continuing to make the case for no-fault divorce and are working to convince government and opposition that this Bill should be carried over into the new Parliament. Watch this space!
