Law Society accredited mediator, hybrid mediator, collaborative lawyer and Resolution Together trained family law solicitor in the New Forest (Lyndhurst and Lymington), Hampshire.

I focus on resolving matters outside of court, predominantly as a mediator.  I work in a constructive fashion and aim to resolve my clients’ matters as amicably and cost effectively as possible.  As a mediator I work with couples as an independent third party to help them resolve matters in respect of finances and any children issues which need to be discussed.  I offer statutory MIAMs (Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings) as I have been accredited by the Law Society.  I am trained in hybrid family mediation.

I also work as a collaborative lawyer, working with my client and his/her partner, their lawyer and other professionals as necessary, such as a family consultant and a financial consultant.

I am a member of the Hampshire Family Legal Solutions Pod (http://hfls.co.uk/), the Solent Collaborative Pod (https://www.solentcollaborative.co.uk/) and the Phoenix Mediation Pod (https://www.phoenix-mediation.co.uk/).

Furthermore, I am Resolution Together trained – one couple, one lawyer.
