About

The Collaborative Practice Working Party was set up to engage and support practitioners involved in collaborative work. The working party is interdisciplinary, reflecting the range of professionals working collaboratively: financial advisors; lawyers; and therapeutic specialists.

Our message is simple: we want to help you do more of the work you want to do, because it helps make our clients’ lives better.

The working party aims to:

  • Help practitioners grow and develop their collaborative practice
  • Support skills development by sharing best practice
  • Promote communication with – and between – Practice and Organisational Development Groups (Pods) around the country.

Another key element of their work is develop the collaborative model, exploring how it could work in the future.

The working party sends a regular e-news to collaboratively trained members, financial advisers and family consultants. If you’d like to be added to the distribution list, or would like to share your news, questions or experiences, get in touch.

A Pod Liaison Officer’s (PLO) takes place each year, organised by the working party. Members can access all the materials from the day on learn Resolution.

Contact any member of the committee if you’d like someone to attend one of your Pod meetings, if you’d like to share your views, write an article about collaborative practice, or have any questions.
