About

The committee supports our members to continue undertake legal aid work and works to ensure the future of family legal aid and access to justice remains for vulnerable people.

They do this by:

  • Influencing government policy
  • Responding to consultations
  • Developing and delivering education, training or learning
  • Influencing or working with external organisations
  • Campaigning for change
  • Providing regular updates to members
  • Undertaking member surveys and listening to our members
  • Creating Resolution policy
  • Producing guidance for members and external stakeholders
  • Speaking out on issues
  • Setting standards of practice
  • Promoting the work of Resolution
  • Provide support to members
  • Sharing knowledge and experience
