The Working Together Group promotes genuine collaboration across professional boundaries within Resolution. Our mission is to champion inclusive, team-based approaches in family justice, ensuring that voices from outside legal professions are heard, valued, and meaningfully involved in shaping our work. We are committed to identifying and removing barriers that hinder effective interdisciplinary working, while influencing Resolution’s direction so it better reflects the diversity and collective strengths of our membership.
Our work spans a range of initiatives, including the development of educational tools, advocacy for broader representation, the creation of collaborative training opportunities, and support for new accreditation pathways that recognise and empower professionals from all backgrounds.
