National Chair Juliet Harvey meets regularly with HMCTS and MoJ officials to give feedback from members about how the courts are working. We’d be grateful if you, or someone from your committee, could complete the form below.

3. Does your LFJB discuss private law family work in addition to public law? Does it discuss DR initiatives?

4a. What is the current state of work in your local court in regards to listing, time taken to get a date (i.e. turnaround of orders) and timing of listed cases (i.e. how far ahead)? Please make clear what different types of hearing your reply relates to.

4b. What is the current state of work in your local court in regards to how quickly cases are being issued? Can you get an urgent hearing? How quickly are injunction applications being dealt with? Please make clear what different types of cases your reply relates to.
