The current situation is causing all family practitioners to focus on alternatives to the court system.
Hybrid mediation is particularly useful for cases which would otherwise find themselves in court. It is a process which involves lawyers throughout, including attending the mediation itself, where required, to support their client.
This session is intended for family lawyers who may have no or only limited experience of the hybrid mediation process. You will be taken through how the process works and what will be expected of the lawyers working within it.
