Lunch and Learn Session 7 – Essential NCDR – what family practitioners need to know to effectively incorporate NCDR approaches into everyday practice and support their clients.
Session 7 overview –
We will explore all forms of NCDR and how different approaches can impact financial remedy and children’s negotiations and proceedings.
We will look at
- NCDR and Domestic abuse and the new Family Mediation Council screening and assessment guidance and resource.
- How to prepare clients for MIAMs
- Child-inclusive mediation
- Learn about mediation models – including Hybrid mediation and Shuttle mediation
- Costs/ FM5 and NCDR
