Meet the presenter:
Angela Lake-Carroll is a collaborative practitioner, an accredited and practising family mediator and a PPC and Resolution trainer, and is Chief Assessor to the Law Society’s Family Mediation Accreditation Scheme. She has worked with and contributed to government policy with the Ministry of Justice, and the Departments of Health, Education and Work and Pensions

Victoria Clarke is Head of Family at Elite Law Solicitors, with a specialist accreditation in High Net Worth clients and Cohabitation. Victoria is Co-Chair of the Innovation Committee, Co-Secretary of Surrey Resolution Committee, and a member of the Cohabitation Committee.
Victoria has given talks and presentations about Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets via multiple training platforms as well as regularly giving talks about other topics, including Cohabitation at recent Resolution National Conferences.
Victoria is listed in the Doyle’s Guide, and won Lawyer of the Year at the Surrey Law Society Awards 2024, whilst Elite Law Solicitors has become a leading firm in the Legal 500 since Victoria started.
