Learn about how Support Through Court’s services support Litigants in Person and how you can engage with their work to improve your experience in cases involving LiPs.
Since 2013, cuts to legal aid have left thousands of people with no choice but to go to court alone. Litigants in person rarely know all the legal procedures and cases inevitably run less smoothly, often with confusion and frustration in the court room. Support Through Court’s volunteers provides emotional and procedural assistance for people facing court proceedings alone.
Hear about how we help, and how you can engage with our services in cases involving litigants in person, to create a better experience for everyone in the court room.
