Associate

The role

Turner Nicholson is seeking an Associate of up to four years PQE to join their growing practice, based in its rural office outside Banbury.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, but also to assist the partners and Senior Associate and to work as part of the wider team on a case-by-case basis.

This is a full-time role, but the firm will consider a part-time application, to include some time working from home and in the London office if appropriate.

Turner Nicholson are specialist family lawyers, based in London and outside Banbury. They act for high net worth clients in all legal aspects of relationship issues; not only divorce and financial settlement, but also helping parents to agree practical and financial arrangements for their children. Their philosophy is always to work in clients’ interests and to seek an amicable solution where possible. Many of their cases are with colleagues in magic circle firms across the South East and London. All the partners are collaboratively trained and/or mediators and one of the London partners is a fellow of the IAFL.
