Family Law Partners – an employee-owned firm – are looking for an exceptional Family Solicitor/CILEX of 3 years+ PQE to join our multiple-award-winning team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice named in Times Best Law Firms 2025, which has a strong presence in the South East and is recognised as leaders by Resolution, Chambers and Legal 500.
Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives at Family Law Partners provide legal advice and represent clients in matters related to family law.
This is a full-time position based in our Fleet, Hampshire office. You will be fully supported in your development and, depending on experience, will have your own caseload or will be assisting on matters whilst you grow your practice.

Candidate specification
You will have a passion for NCDR, with either a qualification in NCDR or the enthusiasm to train within the first 12 months. You will have an excellent understanding of client care and always work towards putting the client first. You will be committed to personal growth and business development with a willing attitude towards social media, blogs, articles, marketing and training.

• A qualified and experienced family lawyer with a client-centric mindset?
• A skilled communicator and team player, adept at building trust and rapport?
• Passionate about family law and with a qualification in NCDR or enthusiasm to train for an NCDR qualification?
• c3 + PQE preferred, but exceptional talent and enthusiasm are valued.
