The role

Responsible for a caseload of private family matters including:

• Divorce and Dissolution of civil partnerships
• Financial remedy
• Financial provision for children and separation agreements
• Cohabitation agreements
• Child arrangements

Candidate specification

The successful candidate will be 3-5 years + PQE with the ability to advise and support clients on a wide array of family matters including Divorce, Financial Remedy and Private Law Children Act cases.

• Proficient file management
• A proven team player with the ability to work as part of a team and supporting more junior staff members
• Proven commitment to winning new client business through referral and business development activities
