The role
We are a thriving, well established boutique London family law practice. Our work is good quality high-end, consisting of predominantly finance and some private children law work. Our cases often have unique and interesting elements and we work closely with leading counsel.
Many of our cases have an international element, especially involving the US and we actively market that niche with our own US website and our many US lawyer contacts.
We are also mediators and collaborative lawyers. Being a small firm, every member of the team counts and has an important role to play in developing the firm.
We have always offered hybrid working and continue to do so but equally our team enjoys being in the office together some days of the week. This may make this role possible for those living further afield in regional firms. Good tube and overground connections make it very accessible.
We have a fantastic working environment on the campus at Chiswick Business Park that hosts lots of sporting and social events.
Work life balance is important to us and we understand and appreciate the challenges our colleagues may have at every stage of their life and seek to work with them to accommodate these.
Candidate specification
This role is suited to a senior or partner level solicitor for a candidate that wants to continue to enjoy working on good quality interesting work and developing that work and client base, but may no longer wish to be fully involved in the day to day running of a department or firm.
We can offer similar renumeration terms to that of larger consultancy style firms but with the benefit of being part of a small specialist team with full support around you.
Full or part time work in this role can be considered. Hybrid and in office days are both available.
