The role
Belderbos Solicitors is looking for a Senior Associate to join them. Belderbos is a niche family law firm enjoying the benefits of working exclusively in family law. Since incorporation they have grown organically and from external recruitment and are now looking to expand further.
Their offices are currently in the centre of the beautiful town of Oakham in Rutland and we plan to open a new satellite office in Leicester in the near future.
In addition to a standard package including competitive salary, the firm will offer, enhanced holiday, sick pay, health insurance and a generous bonus scheme. All their solicitors enjoy monthly reflective practice with costs met by the firm.
Candidate specification
Belderbos is looking for a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive that can work across Matrimonial finance and Children work. You will have a professional network and be able to demonstrate business development skills.
Belderbos is committed to working in line with the Resolution Code of Practice and ideally you will be accredited by Resolution or looking to train as a mediator and collaborative lawyer with a genuine desire to work to achieve prompt resolution for your clients.
They are looking to recruit FT but will consider PT and are open to hybrid working. You do not have to have your own following, but an existing case load is welcomed.
Will also consider candidates who wish to work work on the consultancy model.
