I have been a family lawyer for 30 years+ qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1995 and a member of Resolution  ( and it’s predecessor) during this time.

I deal with Divorce, finances, children and domestic abuse. I prepare agreements: eg  prenuptial, post nuptial, cohabitation , parenting and  separation agreements.

I pride myself on my communication skills , am a good listener and provide clear advice which is easy to understand. This may not always be what a client wants to hear, but honesty from the outset instils trust and confidence in the  professional relationship.  Most of my clients are recommendations, which speaks for itself.

Having helped  clients with family law problems for many years, I am acutely aware of  the emotional turmoil that comes with relationship breakdowns and dealing with important family decisions. Each situation is unique and as such my  advice is suited to my  clients’ individual circumstances.

I  aim to reach constructive solutions swiftly and amicably with minimum  expense. Where other agencies can assist, I will always encourage that route. I feel  it is  important to negotiate a settlement with minimum court intervention, wherever possible. Therefore the  decisions become the clients and not imposed. However where  input from a judge is necessary  I will do the very best to present my clients position and achieve best outcomes.
