I have specialised in family law for over 25 years.  I deal with a wide range of family law matters but, in particular, complex high net worth financial matters upon divorce and separation.  These cases often involve companies, pensions, trusts and have international elements.  I am a member of Resolution’s Pensions, Tax & Financial Remedies Committee and Surrey Resolution Committee.

I also act for clients at the start of their relationship who wish to enter into Cohabitation Agreements and Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements.  I also deal with cohabitee disputes including cases under Schedule 1 of the Children Act.

I provide clear and pragmatic advice in a friendly and empathetic manner.  I am a trained collaborative lawyer and Co-Chair of the Surrey Pod.
