I am a Senior Associate in the Family team at VWV based in the Birmingham office.

I assist and support clients to resolve legal issues arising on the formation or breakdown of family relationships in a constructive way.

I can help you to reach an agreement with your former spouse or partner concerning financial or child arrangements following separation or divorce. If an agreement cannot be reached then I can help you resolve the dispute through negotiation, assisting you in the mediation or arbitration process or, as a last resort, issuing court proceedings.

I have 12 years experience working in Family Law, first as a paralegal and then qualifying as a solicitor in 2014 at a top tier Legal 500 firm. I was part of the successful husband’s legal team in the Supreme Court case Mills v Mills [2018] UKSC 38.

I use my legal knowledge and practical experience to help clients through one of the most difficult times in their life.  I am firm but not aggressive and will always look for pragmatic solutions which reduce rather than escalate conflict between parties.
