Anna Cross

Anna has been specialising in Family Law for over 17 years having qualified as a solicitor in 2007.  Anna undertakes all aspects of Family Law and enjoys the diversity of dealing with a wide range of issues that clients may need assistance with and guiding them to achieve the right outcome for their own unique situation. Anna prides herself on her compassionate approach, always putting clients at ease in what can often be a very frightening and daunting period of their lives.

She has extensive experience in divorce and financial remedy proceedings (including cross jurisdictional cases) and has acted for (and been on the other side of) many ex-patriates. Anna regularly acts for clients in complex domestic abuse and private law children matters (where she has acted for both parents, grandparents (including special guardianship applications) and half-siblings and also in relocation cases where one party wishes to move abroad permanently with the children of the family). She also acts for clients on a cohabitation relationship breakdown.

Anna has been appointed as an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and is also accredited as a Resolution Specialist in Domestic Violence, Advanced Financial Provision and Children Law (private).
