Anna has extensive experience in dealing with complex financial remedy proceedings that involve an international / jurisdictional element. She also has experience of the pFDR process.
Anna has experience in acting for (and on the other side of) ex-patriates in both divorce and financial matters and also children matters.
She also specialises in complex children proceedings involving all aspects of domestic abuse including sexual harm, narcissistic behaviour, alienating behaviour and coercive control.
She is also regularly instructed in relocation cases where one parent wishes to relocate abroad with the children.
