I qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and have since practised exclusively in family law.

I’m approachable and friendly and work with my clients to achieve the best outcome for them and their family I’m highly conscious that this is often the first time that my clients have gone through the divorce process so I’m here to guide them through this, answering any questions they have and explaining the procedure as simply as possible.

• Financial arrangements following a relationship breakdown whether for divorcing or cohabiting couples
• Variation, enforcement and appeals of financial orders
• Children disputes, including child arrangement orders, leave to remove from the jurisdiction and applications for financial provision for children.

I also draft pre-marital/post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements as a pro-active way of clients taking control of how their assets and income may be divided if their relationship breaks down.
