Belinda Hunter

Belinda is a Chartered Legal Executive and a Collaborative Family Practitioner.  She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2004.

Belinda is a member of Resolution and takes a practical, personable approach when resolving family law issues and advises on a wide range of family law matters.

Belinda advises in relation to all types of family work when relationships break down including separation agreements, divorce, children and finances.  She prepares prenuptial and cohabitation agreements for clients who wish to organise their affairs if they are getting married or if they are going to live together.

For separating clients Belinda will provide straightforward legal advice on the issues arising from the separation.

As a collaborative practitioner Belinda can offer this as an option as an alternative way to resolve matters.
