Carrie Stoneham

I am a senior associate in the private client team at Burges Salmon LLP and I have experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, marital agreements and financial settlements, including those with complex assets, corporate issues and international elements. I also have experience in children arrangement cases, as well as in acting for clients in family law proceedings who lack capacity under the Mental Capacity Act.

I am an active member of Resolution and sit on the committee of Bristol Y-Res, the arm of Resolution for the next generation of family lawyers.
