Charlotte is involved in a broad range of matters including divorce, financial settlements, injunctions and children disputes as well as more complex and unusual applications. Charlotte is also often instructed to prepare cohabitation agreements and pre and post-nuptial agreements.
Charlotte has particular expertise in drafting documents such as financial orders, applications and witness statements and enjoys drawing up more complex and technical documents.
In addition to being a member of Resolution, Charlotte is also a member of the Young Resolution committee for West and North Yorkshire in 2021. This further adds to Charlotte’s commitment to finding constructive resolutions for her client’s and using her understanding and non-confrontational approach to find the best resolution.
