I have been working in law since 1992, working in major law firms such as Lester Aldridge, Steele Raymond and Bennett Thomas, I qualified as a chartered legal executive, but later left to have a family, my son was disabled so I started working from home. Legal Aid in family law was stopped in 2013, so I then started to assist people who who not get legal aid to conduct their own cases.

I can assist in drawing up child arrangements orders. Also assist you with dealing with court orders and I can help negotiate agreements, or i can also come to court with you.

I also deal individually with both parties in a divorce and I will mediate with you both to build a consent order and lodge it in court without the need of court action or solicitors.

I can also assist a Litigant in person with paperwork and advice into the court system.

I will also attend court with you, if you have a hearing and need help,

I also offer assistance in divorce proceedings, where I can meet with you both to draw up a consent order, without the need of courts and solicitors.

I firmly believe that court action can cause further conflict, and cause undue distress to your children, so my aim is to facilitate out of court agreements. I can also assist with Co-habitation agreements, Pre-nups, separation agreements and consent orders, both for children and for financial proceedings.
