Claire Fitzgerald

Claire started her career at Barrett & Thomson in 1982 as an Articled Clerk. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 & has remained to become Senior partner. She has developed the family department to become one of the largest in the area with particular strengths in Child Law & Domestic abuse. She has been a Resolution accredited specialist in Domestic Abuse & Private Child Law since 2002. She is a Resolution trained Collaborative lawyer. Claire has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 1996 & is authorised to represent children & parents.
