I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006 and later qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Advocate in 2013.  This therefore allows me to represent clients from inception to final conclusion whether by negotiation or court hearing.

I have worked in family law for over 20 years and have experience of dealing with all aspect of family law, with an emphasis on divorce and financial arrangements within all types of separation.  I also regularly advice on pre and post nuptial agreements.  I have a wealth of experience with regard to complex high net worth financial cases involving businesses and hidden assets.

I am also experienced at dealing with Children Act matters and Family Law applications.

Where possible, I will assist clients to try and find a resolution of the issues that they face by way of negotiation and compromise.

I was previously an Accredited Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunals and represented clients who were detained under the Mental Health Act at all levels of secure settings.  This has assisted me in dealing with clients in a sympathetic manner to ensure that their emotional needs and as well as legal needs are met.
