I help individuals navigate relationship breakdown whether in the event of Divorce or a separation of cohabiting couples. I have a particular expertise in dealing with cases involving significant or complex assets although I am equally adept at dealing with more modest cases.

I often deal with cases involving business assets and have a particular specialism in Farming divorce cases. My experience has given me the ideal contacts with forensic accountants and other professionals who can provide expert assistance in relation to issues of business valuation, tax, income and liquidity.

I also have a wealth of experience dealing with cases involving children and those where a Child Arrangements Order (previously Residence and Contact cases) is required. I also deal with Schedule 1 Children Act cases where one parent (on behalf of a child) requires additional financial support from the non-resident parent.
