We work with many Solicitors & Barristers across the country to provide a clearly laid out, detailed and professional report on your Client’s borrowing ability, enabling you to understand the expectations and limitations within the current mortgage market.
Having provided these for many years, we are now finding more and more Law Firms, Solicitors and Barristers are requesting our Reports, many having seen the value of them in other cases.
Our Reports help you understand the impact on borrowing of, for example, maintenance payments, commission and bonuses, credit history, age, loan to value etc enabling you to understand the impact of each element of income and outgoings during negotiations.
We are extremely comfortable working with self-employed income, complex income structures as well as the more straightforward cases.
We normally recommend that BOTH parties use our service so that we can provide an unbiased view of the borrowing ability of each which will provide both parties and their Advisors with an up to date and accurate starting point for negotiations.
However, we are happy to produce the same report in the same format for just one party where required.
