I  am an Accredited FMC mediator with over 28 years experience offering in person and remote sessions to families across the country and beyond.  All Issues, Children and Property and Finance issues are provided, in addition to CIM (Child Inclusive Mediation).

As a Civil and Commercial Mediator I am also able to provide mediation services in TOLATA cases.  I offer Hybrid mediation.

I have held Family panel specialisations in Private Law children and Finance cases as well as having being a panel Specialist in Public Law Children matters acting for parents and also children.  I have over 30 years of legal practise, working with high net worth clients, and cases with challenges regarding resources redistribution.

Working with parties represented or not in a constructive and empathetic way is important to address the emotional and practical impacts of relationship and family fractures, as is the need to ensure their decisions are made in an informed manner.

Working with other experts to assist families achieve “their best outcome” is an important aspect of my work whether this be  legal advice if unrepresented, Independent Financial Neutral, Actuary, Valuer for property, business assets or Accountancy or therapeutically based

I am a Private Practice Consultant (PPC) for other mediators who are already accredited and those seeking Accreditation.  I provide observations and opportunities to Co-mediate.
