Elizabeth Potter

I am a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in all aspects of matrimonial and private family law.  I regularly assist clients with divorce, financial resolution, private children issues and cohabitation disputes.

I have worked in family law my entire life, and was admitted as a Fellow of CILEx in 2010.  My career has seen me build up client bases throughout Merseyside, Wirral and Halton.

I have a passion for assisting clients with their legal issues in times of emotional difficulties and hardship.  I am regularly commended by clients for my pragmatic and down-to-earth approach and my determination to get my clients the results that they need to help them move forward from the difficult times that they are facing.

I am a member of the matrimonial team at Morecrofts, who have offices throughout Merseyside.  I am predominantly based between our Woolton Village and Prescot offices but will always look to accommodate clients in any of our other offices if more convenient.
